Αν το site δεν το έλεγα Lady Papaya, σίγουρα θα το ονόμαζα Miss Avocado. Όσοι με ξέρουν καλά, γνωρίζουν πως λατρεύω τα αβοκάντο και πως κάθε μέρα μπορώ να τρώω αβοκάντο τοστ. Έχω και εγώ τις εμμονές μου, τι να κάνω. Στο κινητό μου έχω φωτογραφίες από διάφορους instagram λογαριασμούς με αβοκάντο τοστ τόσο ευφάνταστα, που εκτός από το ότι (πάντα) μου ανοίγουν την όρεξη όταν τις βλέπω, μου δίνουν και έμπνευση για το πώς να είναι το επόμενο αβοκάντο τοστ που θα φτιάξω.

VEGAN MOZZARELLA. . Hy everybody 🙋 I recently told you that I had been working on vegan cheese recipes in the past weeks, so here is my recipe for vegan mozzarella. Enjoyed it with some guacamole, tomatoes and balsamic cream on a delicious slice of bread 😊 . Vegan.DIY: Vegan mozzarella. – soak 1 cup cashews for 20-30 min. – blend soaked cashews with 1/2 cup water and 1 heaped Tsp salt until smooth and creamy. – add 1 cup unsweetened soy yogurt and blend shortly to incorporate. – transfer mixture into a jar and cover with a lid. – allow to sit in a warm place for 12-24 hours (should get a slightly sour fermented odor). – mix 3 Tsp tapioca starch and 1 Tsp agar powder in 1/2 cup water and combine with fermented mixture. – bring to boil and let simmer for 2-3 min. – fill in mold (something the size of a muffin cup works perfectly). – refrigerate for at least 2 hours. – once solid, remove mozzarella from mold and store in salt water (2-3 Tbsp salt per litre). – enjoy 😊. .
